Basic Procedure to Purchase FACS:

The two basic methods to order FACS are to purchase FACS online or by a written order. Online purchases using a credit card or funds transfer will expedite your order and save much effort. The eStore is the way to purchase FACS online quickly. PayPal is the payment intermediary, you receive your invoice via email, and you do not expose your credit or other financial information to the merchant. PayPal (owned by eBay) costs you nothing to use. If you use a credit card, you do not need to be or become a member of PayPal to make a purchase.

If you cannot complete a transaction online, print out the helpful Order Sheet to facilitate ordering. The following purchase methods to order FACS are available:

Cash  Payment:

If you wish to buy FACS via a cash mechanism (e.g., check, money order), calculate the total cost as described below and send your order and payment to the address below. Make payment to "A Human Face." Funds should be in United States dollars. Foreign currency or funds in foreign currency denomination cannot be accepted and will be returned. All such instruments must clear the banks before your FACS order is shipped. No shipment can be made until the total purchase price, as determined by A Human Face, has been received.

Institutional Purchase Order:

Institutional purchase orders (e.g., from your university, your corporate purchaser) are accepted at the discretion of A Human Face. To buy FACS with a purchase order, send your paperwork via postal mail. You will be notified if your purchase order is rejected. Sorry, but A Human Face does not complete any paperwork your institution requires as a vendor prerequisite, unless the order exceeds $10000. Calculate the costs as described below and send the order to the address below. Terms are Net 15 days. Only payments in US dollars are acceptable.

Calculation of Purchase Price: Add together the price of FACS, the shipping/processing fee, and the tax, if any, to obtain your net price. All prices and payments must be in US dollars.

FACS Price: US$260 per item.

Utah Tax: If your shipping address is in the state of Utah, add 6% to above amount for sales tax to your order.

Shipping/processing: Shipping to US addresses is via a reasonably priced service that includes package tracking to your destination. Shipping to non-US addresses is via Global Priority Postal Mail. The delivery service is usually takes about 3 days within the US, 5 days outside the US. We use the most cost-effective shipment method to your destination available. The shipping/processing charge is US$15 flat fee any quantity.

Non-US Taxes and Duties: If we ship to a non-US address, the shipper or your government will ask you to pay any customs duties or taxes imposed by your government at delivery time.
